Shipping policy

Every Kerala Root item is made to order by our print partners and shipped fresh from their studio — no warehouses, no bulk inventory. Here's how it works:

Processing time

Production/handling takes up to 10 days after you place your order. Because each item is made just for you, orders can't be changed or cancelled once production has started.

Delivery — United States

We ship to all 50 US states plus US territories. Most US orders arrive within about 1–2 weeks. Shipping is calculated at checkout — Standard $8.00 (with a free tier on qualifying orders) and Express $15.00 on the general profile; rates vary by item. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery — United Kingdom

We ship to the United Kingdom for tees, mugs, and totes. UK shipping starts at $2.99 at checkout, based on the order. Please allow roughly 2–3 weeks door to door — that total is an estimate, since neither Shopify nor Printify publishes a transit time.

A quick heads-up: hoodies, stickers, and flip-flops are currently US/Canada only, so those aren't available for UK delivery yet.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't reroute orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly — but contact us and we'll help however we can.
